Electric and automatic window operation for safe laboratory work

The CerLakom chemical window frames are manufactured with modern, electric window movement. The system can also be extended with a comfort module, which allows quick and convenient adjustment of the window position best suited to the current laboratory task.

The principle of operation is simple: the user starts the window by touching the button corresponding to the desired direction, and the window automatically moves to the end position. If the desired height is reached and the window needs to be stopped, it is sufficient to press the STOP button and the window will stop at the set position.

Fully automated version – with motion sensor

The CerLakom chemical freezer is also available in a fully automated version. In this case, a motion sensor mounted in the upper part of the cabin controls the motor that operates the window. When the user approaches the booth, the window is automatically raised and then lowered after a predetermined time after moving away from the booth.

Default window positions in automatic mode

• Lower end position – rest position
• Top end job – working position

Maximum hand protection – with integrated light barrier

User safety is ensured by a light barrier system running along the inside side walls of the cab and the edge of the worktop. This system prevents injury to fingers and hands when using the automatic moving windows.
