CerLakom MAX chemical fill – EN 14175 compliant, non-explosion proof design

The inner surface of the CerLakom MAX series is made of Fundermax Max Resistance compact discs,
which is identical to the Cerlaton MAX chemical traps. The product is recommended for general laboratory use.

The chemical mask allows working at a maximum temperature of 160 °C and is ideal for
for chemical processes with acids, alkalis and non-explosive solvents.

It is important to note that it is not suitable for open flame, destructive or high temperature laboratory processes.

CerLakom MAX chemical chambers are manufactured according to EN 14175 and can be customized to specific needs
, even for special laboratory environments.

The model is also available with a range of optional accessories for functional and safe use.

CerLakom-MAX chemical chambers – TÜV certified Electric and automatic window movement for safe laboratory work

The CerLakom-MAX chemical chamber is an advanced laboratory unit with electric window movement, designed for comfort and maximum safety. The system can be upgraded with a comfort module that allows quick, precise adjustment of window positions to suit the needs of the workflow.

Electric window movement

Moving the window is simple and intuitive: the user can initiate the movement by tapping the corresponding direction button, which will run until the end of the window. If an intermediate position is required, the STOP button can be used to stop the window at the desired height.

Fully automated operation

In the fully automated version, a motion sensor built into the top of the cab controls the operation of the window. When the user approaches the booth, the window is automatically raised and then lowered after a preset time when the user moves away.

Hand and finger protection

For safety, a light barrier system along the inside side walls of the cab and the edge of the worktop protects fingers and the back of the hand, preventing injuries even during automatic movements.
